Treating the source of the biogrowth is a more cost effective and long lasting fix. It cleans away the biogrowth so it look like it's been freshly painted and kills off the spores to prevent it from growing back.

Assessment & Preparation
Before we begin any cleaning, we conduct a thorough assessment of the property. We will check the type and integrity of the render, the types of biogrowth present and the access around the property.
Safety is paramount, so we ensure the area around the house is clear and protected, and we take precautions to safeguard any delicate landscaping. These checks help us to tailor our approach to get the best results for your property.

Two Stage Treatment
Stage 1
We will gently apply a HSE approved bio treatment to the surface of the render which targets the organic biogrowth living within. This is a gentle, longer lasting approach than pressure cleaning.
You will see visible improvement after the first couple of weeks as the treatment gets to work.
Stage 2
We will revisit to check the progress of the bio treatment approximately six weeks after stage one.
We will apply a localised oxidising treatment where any staining remains and a low pressure steam clean on stubborn areas.

Final Touches & Customer Satisfaction
Before we consider the job complete, we take care of final touches. We clean up any residual mess, leaving your property as tidy as we found it.
